Many people think that Apple's ios are better than Google's android in terms of smartphones, but why did they say that ios is better? In fact, many people say that because they have just tried the iphone and they don't know anything about android. both of the brands are very different from each other in terms of the hardware, the os operator, the software, and the speculations. I have tried both of the brands and i have to say and ADMIT that the android os is much much better than the ios, why? Here's the reason for this preferation:
1- android is an open source phone that can have an access to any programs and applications that the user can interfere with. On the other hand, the ios is not an open source but it's a limited source that users will not be able to download anything from the browser itself but just the app. Store and that's quite annoying.
2- android has the ability of customizing anything that the user would it look like the way he wants from the wallpapers, icons, widgets, folders, apps, dock, sounds, notifications, and the ringtone. Whereas the iphone is a basic interface with no more than just an icons on the screen and the user will not be able to customize anything on the phone except changing the wallpaper and that's it!.
3- another BIG advantage for the android is that it supports flash that will be making the flash required applications to be appeared on the screen with no problems just like a PC. On the other hand, ios don't and will NEVER have a flash support for their devices and that is just a lame for a big company like apple.
4- android's notification system is much better than the ios one; as we can see, android's notification is better because when a message have arrived to your phone and ypu haven't saw the message, a small icon of a massage envelope will appear on the top of the screen (notification bar) and that the user will know in the future that he have recieved a message to read. However on the ios, it's a lame because it do appear a message tells you that you have recieved a message, but after a couple of seconds the notification will dissapear off the screen and the user will not be able to know if he have recieved a message or not, that's a shame apple!
At last, these are SOME of the reasons why android is better than ios. So i hope you have convinced yourself about the two brands, but at last the user is the one who decides on which side he is on. :)
